Our community is deeply rooted in our values. Whether you're a beginner in CrossFit and training, top athlete or something in between, we want you to find a "second home" at CrossFit Christiania. Just like CrossFit is a training form for everyone, CFC is an open and inclusive community.

We are a diverse training environment, but with a common goal - to challenge ourselves physically and mentally. In addition to quality training, we like to have fun together through various social events. Work hard - play hard! We believe that the community aspect of CrossFit is our biggest strength.

Educated and experienced

As a member of CrossFit Christiania you'll get close follow-up by our qualified trainers.

Our team of trainers at CFC are a team of engaged instructors with long experience within CrossFit and other sports. ALl our trainers are educated CrossFit trainers and other types of specialties, including olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, endurance, kettlebells and mobility.

Personal trainer

Regardless of what your fitness goals are can a PT be of huge help to reach those goals. Our trainers are educated and have broad experience with CrossFit. Thet also cover som specialities such as olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnatics or weightloss and muscle building. We have different products which will cover your needs and desires - train in shorter og longer periods of time, alone or with a trainingpartner, it's up to you!

A personal trainer will create a custom program for you, and can also help you with nutritional guidance. To train with a PT at CFC is a choice you will be satisfied with!

Introduction course

Want to learn more about CrossFit? Our introduction course (On-Ramp) is a fun and educational introduction to CrossFit's fundamental exercises and training philosophy. The course is required for all new members at CrossFit Christiania which have not had similar experience with CrossFit before applying. The goal with On-Ramp is to teach the participants the fundamental techniques of CrossFit, both in movement and exercises, with proper follow-up from our instructors.

The introctuon course is for everyone, regardless of age or CrossFit experience!
Duration: 4 x 2 hours over two weeks. We also offer crash courses in the weekends – 2 x 4 hours with 1 hour lunch.
Price: 1190,-/890,- (On-Ramp is free with a 12 month membership contract)

1-On-1 On Ramp - Personal trainer

  • Introduction course with one-on-one hours

Due to limited member spots at CFC we don't always have a ordinary introduction course planned. Through 1-on-1 On Ramp will you and one of our PTs go through our On-Ramp program adapted to your needs and calendar. Book 1-on-1 On Ramp today and get started with CrossFit at CFC.

Seminars

We live for training, diets and health. Through both internal and external resources we offer our members and non-members different kinds of seminars and workshops, such as weigtlifting, mental training, diets, mobility, injury prevention and other exciting themes.

Community events

A welcoming and including training community makes training at CrossFit Christiania so much better! That's why we encourage quality time, not only at the gym but also in our daily lifes. We have our own "Community-committee" which plans different kinds of events such as trips, activities, parties, christmas parties, swimming trips and grilling - to name a few.

CrossFit Christiania is the organizer of one of norways biggest CrossFit Competitions - 321 GO.

CFC Clinic

CrossFit Christiania have its own facilities for body and health treatments at Øve Vollgate 13. In cooperation with

CrossFit Christiania har eget behandlingsrom i boxen i Øvre Vollgate 13. In collaboration with a number of skilled therapists, CFC Clinic has a varied treatment offer to help you with muscle aches, injuries, restitution, mobility, and more.

Maternity training

Maternity training is a training course for all moms who wants to return to a normal rutine after giving birth. Pregnancy and birth are a major strain on the body and some help along the way doesn't hurt!

We also want to bring along some of Crossfit Christiania's values, as a genuine training environment, learning and coping! The training will take place during the day where the children are welcome to join!

We recommend anyone who wishes to attend to wait atleast 6 weeks after giving birth.

Package Price for 10 hours: 1490,- NOK

Weekly technique-hours with focus on improving specigic exercises.

Olympic Weightlifting

Classes with a dedicated weightlift trainer who focuses on olympic weightlifting (snatch og clean & jerk)

Maternity training

Training specialized on mother who newly have given bearth and who'd like to get back to the gym safe and sound. The kids can come too, and the father and your friends are also welcome.

Classes where you can bring a friend to give him or here the CFC experience.

CrossFit Endurance

CrossFit Endurance are classes with its own endurance exercises with focus on running and rowing

Open Box

At Open Box members can use the facilities for self traning. Open Box is open 24/7 and we have equipment and space for training during other classes.

Mobility/Yoga

Great mobility is essensial for good techniques, improved performance and preventing injuries. Mobility and yoga is classes specialized  in improving your mobility.

CrossFit Kidz

CrossFit Kidz are classes specialized for kids where we create a fun concept for functional training.
